Giving continuity to our increasing cooperation with the neighbor Airports and Authorities, CAM received a Zhuhai Government Delegation on 19th August 2010. The group includes 12 persons and is led by Mr. Yang Jinghui - Director of Zhuhai Legislative Affairs Bureau, Mr. Lin Haitao – Deputy Director of Zhuhai Government Transportation Bureau, and Mr. Geng Haole – General secretary and Vice president of Zhuhai Airport Group Corp. The main purpose of this visit was to exchange experience on the airport management models used at Macau International Airport.
CAM organized an airport management seminar for the Delegation, during which related departments gave a brief introduction of Macau International Airport, and actively contributed for the transmission of opinions and exchange of experiences with Zhuhai Delegation.
The lasting debate showed the Delegation great interest in understanding the successful aspects of Macau legal framework, airport operations and management models, as well as the generic aspects of how CAM structured the respective contractual relations, namely with the airport management company and with the operational sub concessions.
After the seminar, the Delegation visited Macau Airport Passenger Terminal and Macau Business Aviation Center.
